Please treat our home with the same care you would your own. We’ve created a comfortable space for you to enjoy, and we ask that you help us keep it that way.

  • No Smoking

  • No Pets

  • No Parties or Events – Maximum of 6 guests permitted

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Respect Neighbors and the quiet community atmosphere

  • Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially outdoors

  • No Eating or Drinking on Sofas/Couches – Stains will incur a $200 cleaning fee

  • Remove Shoes in the Foyer – This helps us keep sand and dirt out of the home

  • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them

Helpful Tips for a Great Stay

  • Trash Collection: Trash days are [insert days]. Please place bins at the curb the night before.

  • Water Use: This property uses well water—a water softener system is installed for your comfort.

  • Beach Gear: Feel free to bring your own beach chairs and towels. There’s plenty of space to store gear in the garage.
